Great but could use some adjustments

So here are some problems i have with this:

1. Multi-Chat for MSN messenger is terrible. Hard to initiate and once it starts a tab opens for every message. No names either.
2. No MSN Display pics.
3. Frequent Connection issues. Some people just cant message me.
4. How are the basic MSN emoticons not compatible yet?
5. People on Google Chat dont play any audio notifications. At all
